Prices, terms and conditions


Below you will find prices for our XBRL services in Denmark. Invoice is sent immediately after delivery. There is no right of withdrawal once our XBRL service team has started working on an order. All prices are per. accounting excluding VAT.

The 24 hour expedited warranty does not apply to Class C and D accounts. Class C accounts guarantee a maximum processing time of 72 hours.

At Parseport ApS we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.


Parseport ApS sends an invoice when the task is completed. All amounts are in euro without VAT or taxes. Reservations are made for price errors.


Parseport ApS strives to start the task as soon as possible after it has been received – and is usually delivered on the same day as the task is received. However, during the high season (April-June) we ask for patience. The XBRL file is delivered within 48 hours after ParsePort has received all relevant data.


A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to errors in the XBRL file that are not due to customer input. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must advertise in “reasonable time” after discovering the defect / error.

You have the right of withdrawal until a ParsePort employee has initiated your assignment. After that, it is not possible to withdraw the assignment.
