I. INCLUDED SERVICES AND FUNCTIONALITIES

| NL Medium KvK iXBRL service | Once the client receives the signed annual report back from their auditor they are required to forward the documents to ParsePort's Professional Services Team within 24 hours. ParsePort will adhere to the statutory 8-day deadline from the date of signature. To ensure compliance, ParsePort will perform the required services within a maximum of 7 days. The service includes the full processing of the additional iXBRL requirements, following the latest standards for KvK reporting via Standard Business Reporting (SBR). This entails mapping and tagging of the financial statements to the appropriate XBRL element, followed by the conversion of the entire document into a compliant iXBRL format. In case the labels in the Primary Financial Statements can’t be tagged onto an existing element in the Dutch Taxonomy (NT), there will be a need to create (an) extension(s). This will be performed by ParsePort's Professional Services Team. Once completed the client will receive a ZIP-file from the ParsePort's Professional Services Team with all required documents in it, including their Annual Report in the iXBRL format. |
| Exclusions | Tagging of the notes is not included in this service. Should this become a regulatory requirement in the future, an add-on service will be made available for purchase separately. Submission of the report to the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) will not be performed by ParsePort. |
