DFSA Interim iXBRL Tagging Service (Per Report)

1. REQUIREMENT

The Customer must have completed Setup and Onboarding DFSA and must have an approved annual DFSA mapping in the ParsePort system.

2. INTERIM UPDATE SERVICES

a. Interim Period Configuration

ParsePort will configure the technical file to support the interim reporting requirements. This may include:

  • Applying interim-period dates when required
  • Updating period contexts to reflect the relevant interim period
  • Aligning the interim structure with the most recently validated annual mapping, only where applicable
  • This configuration does not assume a full annual roll-forward and will be adapted based on the Customer’s reporting structure and DFSA requirements.

b. Mapping, Modeling & Tagging Updates

ParsePort will:

  • Map, model, and tag new or modified disclosures introduced specifically for the interim report
  • Maintain consistency with the annual DFSA mapping where relevant
  • Apply DFSA taxonomy best-practice modeling principles
  • Ensure correct handling of fact properties (sign logic, accuracy, unit types) for interim data

c. Validations

ParsePort will:

  • Run XBRL technical and DFSA business rule validations
  • Resolve validation issues to ensure full compliance prior to submission

d. TextSearch Update

ParsePort will update TextSearch definitions to support the identification of interim note areas where applicable.

3. SERVICES INCLUDED

  • Interim-period configuration of the technical file
  • Mapping, modeling, and tagging updates for interim disclosures
  • Validation and compliance checks
  • Dedicated Professional Services Specialist/Manager support until successful submission
  • Advisory support throughout the interim reporting cycle
  • TextSearch updates appropriate for interim reporting
  • Platform availability and system support

4. SERVICES EXCLUDED

  • Preparation or rewriting of the Customer’s interim report content
  • Tagging for non-DFSA frameworks or other regulatory regimes
  • Change of master language (available as add-on)
  • Structural redesign of the Customer’s reporting layout
  • Rush turnaround (<3 business days before filing), which requires additional fees

5. NOTES

Significant mid-cycle structural changes to the interim report may require additional Professional Services hours.

6. TIMELINE

The Customer must provide all relevant interim report files no later than seven (7) days before the filing deadline.

Changes submitted three (3) business days or fewer before filing will require Professional Services hours and may delay delivery.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing interim report files (drafts and final versions)
  • Providing auditor comments and updating their files accordingly
  • Ensuring consistency between annual and interim content where relevant
  • Approving the final tagged interim submission
  • Meeting all DFSA submission deadlines
  • Filing responsibility remains with the Customer
