DFSA Setup and Onboarding (One-Time)
1. PURPOSE OF SERVICE
The Setup and Onboarding DKFSA service provides the initial configuration, mapping, modeling, and tagging required to prepare the Customer for DFSA iXBRL reporting using the ParsePort platform. This one-time onboarding establishes the Customer’s reusable technical file and forms the foundation for all future annual and interim DFSA reporting cycles.
2. SCOPE OF WORK (ONE-TIME)
a. Initial Mapping, Modeling, and Tagging
ParsePort will perform the initial XBRL tagging of the Customer’s most recently filed Annual Report, including:
- Mapping and modeling of consolidated financial statements
- Tagging of financial statements and notes based on the applicable DFSA taxonomy
- Creation of a reusable technical Excel file, which will be used for all future DFSA reporting cycles
- Application of minimum tagging and best-practice DFSA modeling standards
b. Registration of Finalized Mapping in ParsePort Database
ParsePort will register the agreed-upon mapping and tagging structure in its internal system to support:
- Annual roll-forward services
- Interim report tagging
- Taxonomy migration and maintenance
c. Platform Setup and Access Configuration
- ParsePort will configure:
- User accounts and credentials
- Entity setup and access rights
- Role-based permissions
- Platform configurations required for DFSA reporting
d. Welcome Call and Onboarding Meeting
ParsePort will conduct:
- Welcome Call
- Introductions
- Process overview
- Materials required from Customer
- Onboarding Meeting
- Review of DFSA reporting workflow
- Technical file walkthrough
- Tagging methodology explanation
- Platform training
- Q&A
- Meetings may be recorded for Customer’s internal use.
3. SERVICES INCLUDED
- Initial mapping, modeling, and tagging of the most recently filed annual report
- Creation of the reusable technical Excel file
- Registration of mapping in ParsePort system
- Platform setup and credential configuration
- Welcome call and onboarding meeting
- Access to knowledge base and support documentation
4. SERVICES EXCLUDED
- Annual roll-forward or yearly tagging updates
- Tagging of interim reports
- Re-tagging due to Customer-driven changes after onboarding
- Change of Master Language (available as an add-on)
- Ongoing support beyond onboarding (covered under annual service SKU)
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide most recently filed Annual Report in PDF/ePub format
- Provide additional information needed for accurate initial mapping
- Review and approve the onboarding mapping
- Ensure attendance at onboarding meetings
- Prepare and maintain content for all future reporting periods
6. TIMELINE
Onboarding will be scheduled based on resource availability and Customer readiness.
The service must be completed before annual or interim tagging services begin.
