I. INCLUDED SERVICES AND FUNCTIONALITIES

| Cloud platform | It is delivered as a secure “AS IS” cloud platform. No local installation and/or updates are needed. |
| Online training material - service | Access to Supplier's online training material (Knowledge Base articles). |
| Operational Support 24/7 - service | Refers exclusively to the Software being operational. |
| Multi-language files – function* | Access to validating and reading reporting packages in multiple official European languages. |
| Inspections | Customer is able to upload and inspect annual financial report packages that are related to the same company (entity) and under the agreed taxonomy, for an unlimited number of times. The maximum number of entities that can be uploaded and inspected is defined within the subscription/agreement. |
| Onboarding (One online meeting) | Possibility to schedule one online meeting with maximum duration of one (1) hour between the Customer and one of ParsePort's specialists, being a training session. Such meetings can be recorded and forwarded for later review. A new meeting can be purchased at any point at ParsePort's current hourly rate if needed or wanted by the Customer. |
| Unlimited credentials | The client can create and manage credentials (related to one unique domain) to access our Platform as needed. |
*Functionalities (items ending on “- function”): all the above functionalities are made available to the Customer “AS IS” and without support from ParsePort. However, support is available to be purchased separately.
