Updates to ParsePort Insurance Templates

The Solvency II taxonomy has been updated and this means that reports from reference date 31-12-2019 should be reported with taxonomy version 2.4.0.

The changes between taxonomy version 2.3.0 and 2.4.0 can be downloaded in an  excel sheet on this link.

The biggest changes are found in Sheets S.26.01 and S.27.01. Furthermore there are a couple of new tables in S.25.01, S.25.03, S.26.01, S.26.07 and S.27.01.

We have updated our template by creating it straight from the presentation documents in the taxonomy itself, instead of using the EIOPA template. We did this to be less dependent on EIOPA creating the template. This means that the lay-out of the file changed a bit:

  • The colors are different;
  • The TOC sheet (S.01.01.x) contains hyperlinks to the reported tables;
  • All tables on the same sheet are placed below eachother.

It is still possible to import the values and formulas from older Excel templates or XBRL files. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the new taxonomy or new template
